From the frontlines as a nurse in hospitals across the United States and the villages of Uganda with Doctors Without Borders, to founding my thriving energy healing practice in Vail, Colorado, my journey has been one of powerful devotion to merging ancient wisdom with modern healing.
I used to be that shy, quiet girl who kept everything inside. Staying under the radar and blending with the background was where I liked to be. I suppressed so much: my emotions, my unique voice, my creative expression, my sacred wisdom, and my fierce love.
Until, finally, something began to shift powerfully.
During my first past life regression, I saw myself as a dragon. At the time, it was not in my realm of consciousness that I could be such a thing, and, actually, it terrified me.
As I moved down my path, discovered my gifts, and healed the old stories and energies that were blocking me, I awakened to the knowing that my dragon energy, which is powerful, wise, and mystical beyond belief, is what I was born to embody. And my fire was meant to blaze the trail for so many others to see the magical life that is possible.
The dragon is not just my logo. She is my story. She is the part of me that survived, remembered, and reclaimed her fire. And she is the part of you I am here to help you awaken, embody, and live through unapologetically.

With my global reach through mentorship, transformative energy work, group programs, soulful ceremonies, and sacred international retreats, I help healers and visionary leaders burn through limitations, claim their soul’s purpose, and move forward on the path that is deeply aligned with who their soul came here to be.
