This is a sacred pause to honor the light and dark as they hold equal space within us.

We’ll descend into balance together, calling in the energy of the equinox through ritual and gentle movement to soften the nervous system and see what’s present. From there we’ll move into guided dance, letting intuition and emotion lead the way.

The evening closes in stillness, receiving acupuncture while resting in a sound bath to integrate restore and rest.

Bring a your comfy things, your yoga mat, water, and an open heart; There will be some big magic in this gathering as well as out on the land.
